Fitly makes everyday sneakers in Jakarta for people who are on their feet more than they planned to be. Comfortable from the first step, easy to look after, and simple enough to wear with everything.
01 — Our story
Started by people who walk a lot.
Fitly began in Jakarta with a simple frustration. Between train platforms, pedestrian bridges, office floors and weekend errands, we were walking all day — and our shoes weren’t keeping up. The comfortable ones looked too sporty for work. The smart ones hurt by lunchtime. So we kept buying more pairs.
We wanted the opposite: one comfortable pair that could do it all. Something light enough to forget about, cushioned enough for a long day, and plain enough to wear with trousers, shorts or a sarong.
That pair became the Daily — a knit sneaker with a cushioned foam sole and a natural rubber outsole. Everything we’ve made since, from runners to slip-ons to kids’ shoes, starts from the same question: will you still be comfortable at six in the evening?

Comfort first
Every decision starts with how a shoe feels at the end of a long day, not how it looks on a shelf. If a detail makes a pair less comfortable, it doesn’t make the cut.
One pair, many days
We’d rather you own one pair you love than five you put up with. Our styles are plain enough to wear anywhere, from the office to the airport to a Sunday walk.
Easy to care for
Knit uppers that go in the washing machine, insoles you can replace, and a workshop partner who can repair common wear. Looking after your shoes should be simple.
Honest about materials
We tell you what goes into each pair — recycled knit, foam, natural rubber — and what we’re still working to improve. No vague labels, no big promises.

03 — How it’s made
Made with a family workshop in Bandung.
We design in Jakarta and make our shoes in partnership with a family-run workshop in Bandung that has been building footwear for many years. We visit often, test every sample on our own feet, and work in small batches so we only make what people need.

Knit
Each upper is knitted in one piece, tighter where your foot needs support and more open where it needs air.

Cushion
A lightweight foam midsole in two densities: softer under the heel where you land, a little firmer under the forefoot where you push off.

Grip
A natural rubber outsole is placed exactly where your foot meets the ground, for grip on wet tiles and polished floors.

Finish
Our partner workshop in Bandung assembles, checks and boxes every pair by hand before it travels to Jakarta.
